Prolaser Series

Manufacturers of laser printers recommend using printing inks that do not soften when dry or release volatile substances.
The temperature of laser printer fusers is between 200 and 225°C. Therefore, ink softening occurs very easily and will cause the ink to stick, build up on components such as the fuser roller, and thus damage the rollers. Volatile components, such as mineral oil, evaporate and volatilize in the fusing area, leading to undesirable vapor formation.
This series is free of mineral oil. The inks are oxidation-drying and form a stiff, heat-resistant ink.
