About Custmo
The early years
CUSTMO OPENED ITS DOORS IN 2008, and even back then you could get our help. The goal, as now, was to help the graphic industry with everything related to printing presses.
In 2012 we became the official service partner of KOMORI-printing presses in Denmark. We were now able to fully support customers in the industry in this area. To further strengthen the service to our customers, in 2013 we hired two pure KOMORI experts. And in the same year, we also expanded the group of owners. At the same time, we changed the logo to include the outline of a printing press. We wanted our skills and passion to stand out clearly.
In MAY 2019, Custmo also took over the company Piculell. And today, you as a customer can benefit from our combined competencies - as we have united all experience, sales and service under one roof in our premises in Vadum.
New at Custmo
In 2023 - 10 years after we expanded our ownership, we took the printing machine out of the logo again, as we now cover a much broader field in terms of competence; where cutting tables etc. also make up a large part of what we help customers with. And even though we northerners prefer to avoid big gestures and big words, the truth about Custmo is that today we can help customers with almost everything related to production in the graphic industry - "all around the horizon."

About working with Kenneth and Claus from Custmo, Flemming Andersen says:
I don't think it gets much better than that. It's not that we need service very often, but when we do, they're here. And there is no doubt that they are half world champions in Komori, but on the other hand, they are not bound by having to sell Komori's consumer goods.
They choose what works best for us users. They also constantly follow up to see if there is anything that can be improved. It's professional and quite reassuring.
Print Team Svendborg's statement about the response to their inquiry on Komori printing press
We already have a 6-color Komori with coating and have been incredibly happy with both it and the service we have received from their Danish dealer Custmo.
They contacted us in December, we made a quick decision. On February 10th, we had it up and running. Since then, we've run over four million prints and haven't had a single unintended stop.
What does the name "Custmo" mean?
The company's name reflects the two pillars that Custmo has walked and stood on since its founding.
On the one hand, we always create individual, carefully customized solutions for our customers. They are tailor-made - and the first part of the word therefore comes from 'customized.
The second link is from 'modules' - when, especially in the beginning, we offered customized desks built up in modules.
Since then, graphic machines - their servicing and associated consumables - have evolved into Custmo's core business.
But when you talk to us today, you'll still find the same approach to any of your projects:
Everything is customised to the exact task you need solved.

Why Custmo moved to Vadum
It's true: The spontaneous impulse is to locate Custmo's headquarters in Copenhagen. After all, it's the capital of the country - and therefore automatically where things happen, right? Actually, no...
Custmo was originally located in Copenhagen. But our customers primarily live in all sorts of other places: Around the rest of Europe, the Nordics and Denmark. That's why we moved to the heart of Scandinavia - Vadum.
Being so centrally located, we automatically have a more flexible setup where the car can be quickly packed and driven away in an emergency. No matter where in Denmark the job is located.
If we need to bring heavy equipment to our Scandinavian customers, we either drive to the ferry in Hirtshals - and sail to Norway. Or we stop by the ferry in Frederikshavn to sail to Sweden. Both ferry ports are only about 45 minutes from Vadum.
If the job is outside the country's borders and we need to provide a quick service further down in Europe, we can also hop on a plane. Which, after all, lands and takes off in our backyard; Aalborg Airport is just 1 kilometer away.
The long and short of it is: No matter what your current needs are - or where you live - we'll always find a way to you, whether by car, plane or ferry. Copenhagen, for example, is only a few hours away by car. And we can also reach the rest of Scandinavia quickly; and always with the mode of transport that makes the most sense.
We look forward to writing Custmo's next chapter with you - and helping you wherever you are in relation to Vadum. So here's why: V for Vadum. And the center of the world ...
