Spot colors are individual colors not achieved by mixing CMYK colors, and they are used to provide precise color reproduction for logos, graphics, or design elements. Pantone colors are a well-known example of spot colors.
Printing inks are produced in accordance with individual customer requirements and defined CI colors.
