Lithrone G40P Advance

The Lithrone G40P Advance enables high-quality two-sided printing in one process and multi-color printing in one machine. Equipped with Komori's own advanced perfecting mechanism, developed with three double circumference cylinders - transfer cylinder, suction cylinder and perfecting cylinder. Komori's unique sheet transport system - due to this ideal cylinder configuration - allows two-sided printing at 15,000 sheets per hour. A low number of gripper changes in the sheet transport minimizes scratches and dirt, reduces curling while ensuring outstanding front-to-back register accuracy.

With fully automatic switching, this printing press is extremely easy to switch between discretionary printing to e.g. 8+0 colors straight ahead.
