Lithrone G40P Advance

The Lithrone G40P Advance enables high-quality two-sided printing in a single pass and multi-color printing on one machine. Equipped with Komori's own advanced reversing mechanism, developed with three double-diameter cylinders – transfer cylinder, suction cylinder, and reversing cylinder. Komori's unique sheet transport system, which results from this ideal cylinder configuration, allows two-sided printing at 15,000 sheets per hour. A low number of gripper changes in sheet transport minimizes scratches and smudges, reduces curling, and simultaneously ensures outstanding front-to-back register precision.

With fully automatic changeover, this printing press is extremely easy to switch between perfecting and straight printing, for example, 8+0 colors.
