The 10-24 station fully automatic gathering machine – Y15S High-Speed Gathering Machine is designed for efficient gathering of signatures/book blocks before the perfect binder. The machine features a shaftless independent drive for reduced wear, double belt conveyors for stable high-speed transport, and a vertical book press that ensures reliable transport. It features electronic thickness measurement for rapid format changes and can be optionally equipped with image control for quality monitoring. Maximum mechanical speed is up to 15,000 cycles/hour.
