System 550 card production and assembly

System 550 is a fully integrated solution for playing card production, combining inline die-cutting, collation, and stacking in a single pass. The cards are die-cut nick-free, waste is automatically removed, and the cards are transported to an automatic collator and stacker (ACC 550 HS).

The system can produce up to approximately 2,000 card sets per hour and is designed for minimal operator intervention and quick changeovers.
