STELLAR 12000e PERFECT BINDING LINE

The 28-clamp fully automatic perfect binding line with very high capacity – meets the demands of high-volume bookbinding. The machine features full servo control with numerous adjustment points, heavy book block preparation including spine milling, notching, brushing, and fine milling, as well as a robust gluing system with spine and side-gluing units. It handles formats from approx. 140×130 mm up to 450×300 mm, spine thickness between 3-50 mm, and can produce 12,000 cycles per hour with stable, precise quality.
