1
Site Preparation

Before installation begins, it is crucial to prepare the location where the graphic machines will be placed.

This may include floor reinforcement, electrical preparation, ventilation systems, and adequate space to accommodate the machine and allow access for maintenance.

2
Receipt and Inspection

Upon receipt, the graphic machine must be inspected for any transport damage.

It is essential to ensure that all components are present and that there is no visible damage that could impair the machine's performance.

3
Installation

Assembly involves connecting various modules, print heads, rollers, and other important components correctly.

Assembly varies depending on the machine type, but we have extensive experience in this field and can quickly ascertain the specific connection requirements of each machine.

4
Calibration and Test Run

After assembly, the graphic machine must be calibrated and adjusted to ensure correct operation. This includes setting print pressure, color balance, cutting, and other key parameters to achieve the desired print quality.

Finally, the entire machine is checked and test-run before it is put into production.
